The hotel was located on the outskirts, but still handy for Valencia airport and traveling on the metro from the bus stop outside the BP garage. the rooms and bathrooms were clean with good service. Breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of facilities, including a vending machine with snacks and drinks.
The location wasn't great for finding places to eat nearby, and the WiFi signal was strong but the bandwidth was low causing frustrating timeouts.

What we liked best was the spaciousness of the room and terrace. comfort of the bed and tranquility of the area help to have a good rest.
The last thing we liked and were quite disappointed with was dinner and breakfast. Dinner was more than basic, a salad, a dry roast chicken and a badly flavored watermelon, which we had to leave whole because it looked like it was not in very good condition. We knew that the dinner was not a buffet, but no doubt we were waiting for more options to choose from, something a little more elaborate and no doubt with a little more quality. Besides, the dinner service was a bit regular pq we had just started to take the first course when we were served the second course, so apart from being overwhelming, the second course remained cold. The breakfast is true that it was varied but of four scones that we tried, three were hard... In addition they had the air conditioning so strong that it was unpleasant to be there having breakfast. If I had to come back to this hotel or recommend it, I would do it but only in the "accommodation only" option

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were quite helpful in providing directions to nearby areas of interest. The hotel is located near a range of restaurants and bars, making it quite easy to explore the town on foot. the hotel is just a short bus ride away from the city and the beach, offering a great location to explore the area.
The rooms were a bit small and the location of the hotel was not particularly convenient for accessing the beach. the hotel was a bit difficult to navigate in and out of for those driving, as the surrounding streets were quite busy.

nice clean rooms, free parking place, good localisation if you use car
away from beach and Valencia (but that was not big problem for us since we had car)

Bus 170 to Valencia (Pl. Espanya) stops at 100m from the hotel. Very friendly staff. Supermarket at the other side of the street. Gasoline station at 100m. Huge balcony with table and chairs.
Wifi useless: signal is strong enough but the bandwidth is so low that almost every attempt to do something generates a timeout error. Shower somewhat unpractical.

The wifi was unfortunately quite unreliable, with a weak bandwidth that often resulted in timeout errors. the shower in our room was somewhat inconvenient to use.

Supermarkets and beaches nearby
Keys have to be collected from the agents office in the town 15 minutes drive. This was not stated in the booking instructions and caused confusion on arrival.

The hotel's size and cleanliness were impressive. the breakfast was plentiful and the staff was friendly. the hotel's location near the city center and major shopping areas made it easy to get around.
Although the hotel itself was nice, the surrounding area was not very lively, with limited nightlife options. the lack of toiletries in the bathroom was disappointing.

A nice place that used to be luxurious and still has some good quality points. Has a parking space and good, friendly staff.
It is not in Valencia - you have to travel by bus or car, though it is not far. A bit dusty.
